Bombshell Revival’s Etsy store is now open!
I made the decision just before Christmas time to take some advice that I had received from quite a few customers and friends and open an Etsy shop. My website, while a great business tool, was not generating much interest or sales since its launching and it was time to make a change and try something new. I had heard and read about many success stories from other Etsy shop owners and, as I had nothing to lose and potentially loads to gain, I decided to go for it.
You can find me on Etsy under “bombshellrevival” as my shop name or identifier. There are couple of small tweaks still to be made, such as adding my logo as a banner or page header to my store and linking my Etsy store to the shop page of my website. These areas are beyond my capabilities so my trusty and totally fabulous website designer, Heather Morin of New Dimension Designs, is currently working her magic on that for me.
I spent a lot of time over the past 6 months or so creating hats, fascinators and my art scarves and realized that I was starting to miss making upcycled, wearable art garments. I am focusing on that now for a bit and have listed a few of these new pieces for sale in my Etsy shop. There will be more to come over the next few months as I have stocked up on “blank canvasses” (i.e. garments) that are just hanging in my studio awaiting their makeovers. I have also listed some head pieces and will add a few more over the next while.
In the meantime, please visit the store and leave me some feedback and/or like my store. It would be most appreciated as it helps build my profile, popularity and following on Etsy. Oh, and wish me luck!
